Rated 5 out of 5 by CJ50 Great bookcase This bookcase is definitely a good buy for what it is. It's very sturdy and stylish. My only negative is the fact that all of the shelves are not adjustable. This is probably why it's so sturdy! Some of the shelves are adjustable but this is on the top so this means I must put the bigger books on top. It does come with wall anchors so this could be a non issue if I wanted to do that. All in all it's a great bookcase for what I paid for it and it was fairly easy to put together. October 16, 2014

I did a lot of research because I was specifically looking for wide shelves to use as storage for my scrapbooking stuff. This unit fits my needs perfectly. It is tall with five shelves, to hold lots of stuff. Also, each shelf has a lip, or raised edge on the back, which prevents stuff from sliding off the back. And the design of the sides keeps things from sliding out. Perfect for what I was looking for! Thanks, World Market, for making the price very affordable! I feel like I got value for my money. Simple to put together, though it can take a little time. Packaged well and I haven't experienced any damage in transit even though the boxes are very heavy. December 28, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Peg1966 Looks very nice. I bought both this bookcase and the smaller one to sit side by side on one wall. They look very nice and hold many books and decorative items. They were very easy to assemble. I do feel they could be somewhat sturdier as they do 'wobble' a bit. I plan to anchor the larger one to the wall eventually just to be safe (wall anchors were enclosed). Biggest negative was the surcharge for delivery - I felt this was somewhat steep for the larger bookcase. However, I watched for the bookcase to go on sale and with an additional % off and free delivery, that very much helped to offset the surcharge cost to me. I also like the fact that the bookshelves are deep and have a 'lip' to the back to prevent books from falling through the open back. I looked at many bookcases, both online and in stores and I loved this one the most of all and have no regrets buying it. I have received many compliments on how it looks. November 4, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jenniepwb Looks great and does the job We purchased this bookshelf for our new home because our kitchen had an inexplicable open space set back into the wall that had no real purpose - but with this bookcase there, it does! We also have the Verona table and chairs in black, so adding this piece really tied everything together and I feel has completed our kitchen/breakfast area. It's well-made, not too hard to put together and I love that you can move the shelf settings around to allow for more or less space. The only drawback for us was that it rocked forward slightly, but I think that was more to do with our kitchen floor than the bookcase. We put a some felt under the front and fixed that right up. Overall, a great product at a great price. March 19, 2014
