I was looking for a nice towel set to hang in my bathroom as an accent to the black & white damask shower curtain and valance, which is hard to match/coordinate. Additionally, the towels also had to be functional for hand-drying. I bought the Alexandra Linen Flower bath and hand towel set at my local store on sale, and they look beautiful in my bathroom. The design is detailed enough that you can't tell when the towels have gotten a little dirty, or are wrinkled from frequent use. They are soft enough to feel good but strong enough to hold up to multiple uses per day. I cannot speak to how these feel as functional bath towels but I do like my towels a bit on the stiffer side (that's how they dry you off, after all) so I would probably love these. But I'm cheap and have 7 plain white towels I rotate through daily for showers/baths so this set is just for looking nice in my bathroom and drying off my hands. I wash them weekly and in about 2 months they've held up just like new, so it seems like they have a long life ahead of them.
