This is the perfect size for quickly cooking up veggies. It truly is non-stick which works so well and is extremely easy to clean up. I wouldn't recommend using any oil at all as that can ruin the non-stick component but if you have to - use it minimally. I personally use small amounts of water and the surface hasn't been affected at all. Lovely addition to my kitchen.

This brand is just terrific. I originally bought the saucepan and small skillet on sale. Once I started using it, I went back and also got the larger skillet. These products are so easy to clean up after use, the food just rinses off, plus you really don't need to add much oil or butter when cooking.

I purchased two of these, one for myself and one for my parents. I thought this would be a great small skillet to avoid using oils while cooking, but boy was I wrong. It didn't even have the decency to fake a non-stick 1st use. Everything stuck to the pan. I used simple veggies and silicon spatula. Despite all that, it was a pain to clean, and of course, the pan became scratched up instantly when using a gentle non-scratch sponge. I tried using oil for subsequent cooking now that I was stuck with a truly non non-stick pan, but food still sticks every time. I feel terrible that I gifted one of these to my parents because it's really just an annoyance now. Their pan has a permanent layer of brown from foods that never lifted during wash. Best to stick with the name-brands for ceramic non-stick. This was a disappointment, World Market. Maybe re-test this one in the company kitchen before putting on shelves?

This was great, at first. The more you use, the more impossible it is to clean them. Cooking with or without oil, doesn't matter, clean up is a pain and the skillet always look disgusting after you "clean them." I wouldn't buy these again.
