We use these often for a beverage station set up in a restaurant setting in Charleston, SC. I've tried a number of options (glass and acrylic) and so far, these have lasted the longest and been best for our guests.
We use them every week, sometimes multiple times per week, and they still look good.
We do NOT put them in our industrial dishwasher-- hand wash only.
(My only wish is that we could get additional lids without having to purchase a whole new set.)
It does seem that sometimes people need 3 hands in order to use these-- two to manage the spout and one to hold the cup!

the product looks great, but unfortunately is too lightweight for the design. the spout is on the narrow portion of the dispenser, so when the liquid gets low and you go to use the spout it tips the whole unit over since the upside down pear shape doesn't offer enough support. also it's not mentioned in the description but there is a light etching in the acrylic. i think it is intended to make the dispenser look like it's made out of vintage glass. it is actually a nice effect, but it was a surprise when i opened the box. i am going to return the dispenser, now that i look at the design of the shape it makes perfect sense why it doesn't work well, i guess it just assumed it would be a thicker/heavier acrylic.
