Rated 4 out of 5 by Oooshley Sharp, Multi-use Knife This knife works wonders. If you need just one knife, then get this one. It is very sharp and cuts through all kinds of foods with ease. I used my other Santoku knife so much that got a little dull over time so I'm sure they just need sharpening after a lot of use. Also, the walnut handle is getting a little rough because of water absorption so I recommend buying the non-wood handle knives. Other than those two small cons this knife is the best and I use it everyday for everything! February 13, 2013
