I purchased 6 f these pans. I had a ''Fall Country Breakfast '' for some out of town guest. On the menu ''Shrimp & Grits'' These pans were perfect. They retain the heat very well and you can individually serve them. My guest were beyond pleased.

I defy you to find an equal or higher quality product at even twice the price. We have had 2 mini cast iron skillets for more than a year and they are wonderful. In fact, we're about to buy two more. Cannot recommend these highly enough...

I lusted after this after seeing one at a friend's house. I had to special order it from my local hardware store. I live with 5 others--eggs are cooked by several people just about everyday. This pan rarely leaves the stovetop, scrambled, fried, it does it all. It washes up uber quick--and for some reason, no one has mis-treated it so badly that it needs reseasoning! The same cannot be said of the 12" one. Constantly need to rescue that fellow!
Anyway, you'll find quick melty cheese sandwiches a snap as well. Everyone should have one of these!

When you want a couple of eggs this little pan fits the bill. I'm sure there are other uses for this pan and I will find them..
