I ordered these for all of the baking I do. Could not be more thrilled with them. These fold up easily for storage, yet can handle a double batch of cookies or other treats. I gave a few as gifts and they were a big hit! Those who lived with smaller kitchens loved how they fold up for storage.

I own two sets of these racks and I am back to buy two more sets. I am an avid baker with a small home-based bread bakery. In addition to my breads I bake a lot for my family, for holidays and special occasions, etc. I use a lot of cooling racks. I love these for many reasons:
1. They save space; I no longer have to cover the entire kitchen table with racks. These racks stack with enough room for excellent air circulation for any cookies, cake layers, muffins or rolls and all but a few tall loaves of bread. They also save space in storage by nesting together easily.
2. They are a good height from the surface they stand on. All of my old cooling racks from many suppliers have only 1/4 to 1/2 inch of airspace between the rack and the table. These stand about an inch above the table for proper air circulation underneath. My breads don't steam on these racks, they cool.
3. They are sturdy. These racks are made of heavy-guage wire and will hold two 2-lb loaves of bread without warping.

This is a great item for baking up a storm ! I suggest lining the racks with parchment paper for easier clean up. Also the center of the middle and bottom racks is tough to access.
Over all, I still love it!

I bought this product for $9.99. The tiers are the perfect size, with great space in between the stacked racks. I can use them for pie or cookies without a problem.
They aren't as robust as something you'd get from Pampered Chef, but they are the best to get for the price!
