Rated 5 out of 5 by Wilmo Great Pan and reasonably priced. I bought the same pan 7 years ago from William Sonoma and still using it. Then I discovered WM has it and it was even on Sale so I bought another one. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and it's been great. The carbon steel is great quality and it's the typical grade they also used in Spain. Get one! You'll love it. September 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Mimi59 Perfect for making Paella I ordered this and sent it to my daughter. She wanted us to make Paella for her college graduation dinner. It arrived safely and we followed the instructions to season the pan with oil before cooking with it. I oiled it all over (top and bottom) and put it in a 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. It worked great. We then cooked with it and the paella was delicious! June 8, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by BeachDude The REAL deal, paella pan! This is an authentic, made in Spain, carbon steel paella pan! It's bare metal folks, for those of you who have complained of rust! You must season the steel pan before use and after it's been used. Just like a good cast iron frying pan or dutch oven, this paella pan needs a light coat of cooking oil, I use canola, to prevent it from rusting. Before the first use you must wash off all existing wax and/or oil and adhesives. Then you heat it up on your grill/oven/stovetop/cooking fire. Place some cookign oil on a rag or paper towel and wipe it into all the bare carbon steel surfaces, nooks, and crannys, without burning yourself. It's now ready to cook on. After you use it, repeat the process before you put it away. After you have used your pan about a dozen times it will start to develop a black layer called "seasoning" that you do not want to wash off. It makes the pan non-stick, and the thin new layer of oil after use preserves the seasoning and prevents rust. World Maket sells this 15" pan at really good price! It's the right size for feeding 4 to 6 people. February 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love to cook I love this pan I love this pan. I actually bought the same one for [$] somewhere else but it is really great. If you are going to buy this read how to care for your pan. You should not wash it with soap and it must be oiled (seasoned) with canola or peanut oil before using. Just rinse with warm water and dry. If you do wash it use barkeepers friend and start over. March 29, 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rudy the Potter Great Paella Pan I bought this paella pan after scouring the internet. Most of the paella pans cost $30 - $100, then I saw this on the World Market site. I went to my local WM and bought it for [$]. I made paella for 6 of us, and there were no leftovers. The pan cooked on the stovetop and then into the oven. Mahalo World Market. April 11, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by SurfinSapo Seafood Paella made easily I got the Paella pan at the local World market and made seafood paella on it without any problems at all. The pan is from Spain and is well worth the price. Every kitchen should have this paella pan in it. March 10, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by MChamberlain Great pan I've had this pan a few days and just love it. It is the perfect size to cook paella. Also, it's perfect for risotto. You need to remember not to use too high a heat as the pan is not a heavy one. For these rice dishes the diameter and the heighth of the pan is perfect. It is to rice dishes what a wok is to stir fry. If you like specialty pans for different foods, you will love this pan. January 10, 2010
