Since coming to the GA from the west coast, we haven't had steamed fish--until we found a Carbon steel wok and this nifty bamboo steamer in Cost Plus and thought "HEY! We can do it ourselves".
How we used the product:
Just last night, we tried steaming a whole striped bass for the first time the bamboo steamer over an inch of water in a 14" wok.
Easy peasy prep: We stuffed the fish with thinly sliced ginger, green onions, and cilantro. A dab of olive oil on the skin, a few table spoons of light soy sauce, steam in high heat and 10 minutes later...we had a healthy delicious meal.
Things that were great:
The fish was fresh, soft, not overcooked, and fragrant. A + !!! Great steamer! Great products! Great customer servcice!

Originally I was looking for tortilla warmer for Mexican dinner I make at home occasionally, However tortilla watmer with plastic is very look cheapy, not safe and taking a huge space for just for only this purpose. I always think before purchase that item can use other way?
This certanly is! This is same size with usal big tortilla warmer 10"and not ceramic like heavy but you can also buy "Bread warmer" stone to make anything warm for long hours.
10 inch big but considering few different way to use is absolutely apprived welcome to my kitchen!
1. Tortilla warmer with bread warmer stone. (wrap with thin towel)
2. Bread warmer basket for any meal scene like small dinner roll.
3. Chinse stemer (of course) Vege and meat and everyting.
4. Japanese Sushi serving tray with rid ( avoid from bugs and fly)
