Love this skillet. Heats up quickly and evenly. I have many different skillets but this is my favorite. I also have an 8" lightweight cast iron skillet that I use every day for eggs. Very easy to clean.

I love cooking on cast iron and this combo of cast iron and enamel gives you a smooth surface with great heat conductivity
Not too heavy but weighted enough to feel quality.
Take care not to over heat the pan, gently wash and immediately dry, and lubricate well.
Wish Id purchased extra for friends!

Was very excited to find this pan. Took it home and washed it then lightly oiled and tried to cook an egg. It took me fifteen minutes to get the egg unstuck from the pan. Worst pan I have ever used. It is going back!!!
