HOW IT WORKS:

You'll be given the estimated pickup date.
Complete your order and be on the lookout for an email notification that your item is ready for pickup (this is separate from your order confirmation email).
Your item will be held for 7 days at the store. If you can't make it in during that time, we'll cancel the order and you'll receive a refund.

AT THE STORE:

Present your confirmation email and the credit card used for the purchase.
Only the person who made the purchase can pick up the order at the store.
