Getting stuff done at home doesn’t have to be one big mess. In fact, it can be downright beautiful. These bloggers show you how to increase style and productivity in one fell swoop. (You’re welcome.)
Productivity corner. This blogger turned a previously unused corner into a place of productivity. With a wingback chair she absolutely adores and a desk that makes her smile, Rachel from Shades of Blue Interiors now has a space in her master’s bedroom to call her own.
Office retreat. Katie from Upcycled Treasures didn’t just want a stylish home office; she longed for a comfy nook and mini-retreat area within her spacious bedroom. Armed with a moodboard and a very specific idea of how she wanted the space to look, this blogger created her dream modern rustic home office with a gorgeous mix of pieces.
Stored and organized. This corner has a place for everything, and everything is in its place—just as Cori from Hey, Let’s Make Stuff imagined from the very beginning. “Not only is this new space bright and fun, but it’s much more functional than my old sewing corner,” she says.
Purposeful space. We’ve all done it—looked at an ill-used space in our homes and thought, There has to be a better way to use that area. Unlike most of us, Jennifer from Town & Country Living actually did something about a space that had “potential.” A comfortable chair, beautiful table lamp, industrial filing system, and decor pieces that elevated the general mood of the space helped turn a boring corner into a purposeful little home office for her daughter.
